What We Believe
Accomplishments & Aspirations
MMCF currently contributes over $200,000 per year to Mammoth’s schools, and fully supports the Independent Learning Center, a blended learning program at Mammoth High School that offers academic rigor and flexible scheduling for young athletes and other students.
We invested $400,000 in 2012 to create a center for athletic excellence that serves the hundreds of kids who participate on the ski and snowboard teams, and fund specialized coaching programs for Mammoth Mountain Ski and Snowboard Team athletes.
MMCF encourages and enables participation on the Mammoth Mountain Ski and Snowboard Team for any child, and supports young elite athletes’ aspirations. To this end, we give awards and grants to team members.
We believe in using the mountains as a classroom and getting more kids on snow and outside, year round.
Community Leadership and Support
MMCF aims to improve the quality of life in Mammoth through grant funding, programs and events, and by unifying the community through collaboration and support among organizations.
